"Be Careful with your heart this Christmas"

Christmas is a time for festive meals, it is when people usually find the excuse to indulge in a commandment "thou shall not eat". There's no stopping in eating lechon skin or "kubal" (everyone's favorite) oily ham, cakes, chocolates and a lot of tempting sweets. No wonder people are at high risk of heart attacks, hypertension and high blood sugar level during this season of  "eat-mas".

Opps.. it is christmas not "eat-mas"

Why not take a break from your old Christmas eating habits and go for healthier alternative.
  1.  Go for fish bangus instead of meat
  2. Go for green instead of meat and oily foods
  3. Go for water of  fruit drinks instead of soft drinks
