Cosplay are consider one of the addicted hobby in this virtual world, mostly they are associated with teenagers.

Cosplay may be a addiction to every but most of the cosplayers said that cosplay is an expression or adoration for a character, a feeling to a character in personality and most they are seeking to become the charater they cosplay. This hobby is enjoyable for the creative people but it will cost you bigger money to or greater budget to create you project or costume. Cosplay costumes are more complicated and in order you to become the character you cosplay.

Cosplay - short word for "Costume play". It is a type of performance art in which participants design costumes and accessories to portray a specific character. Sources for cosplay costumes and acessories can be seen at manga, anime, comic books, graphic novels, and fantasy movies.

The term cospaly is a portmanteau(consisting of or combining two or more separable aspects or qualities)of the english costume and play. This term is coined by Nobuyuki Takahashi while attending the 1984 Los Angeles Science Fiction Worldcon.

As the popularity of cosplay has grown, many convention has emerged to feature a contest for cosplayers. Contestants present their costplay and often judged for an award based on their costumes and their creativity.

Number of people has been devoted to cosplay and been addicted even here in the philippines and Specially in cebu who have recently host a cosplay in Ayala.
